The Second Chance Program is led by staff who know firsthand the challenges of addiction and recovery. Our owners and directors bring not only professional experience but also personal experiences that allow them to guide with empathy, commitment and proven results.

She embraced a 12 Step Recovery Program in 2003 and never looked back. She has owned and operated rehabilitation centers since 2004 and opened Second Chance Program Inc. in 2007. Shannon is an accountant by profession, but like all of us, she struggled with addiction and hit rock bottom. Her greatest desire is to help others find the same path to the glorious life she leads today. She is active in Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), sponsors many women, and serves on various service boards.
Adrienne Jankelow.

Adrienne has fought a decades-long battle with addiction. After visiting dozens of treatment centers and dozens of halfway houses a starting in 1997, she finally found her path in 2022, working closely with Shannon. Adrienne brings insight into what didn't work in her previous experiences and is a testament to the old saying, "If I can do it, anyone can!" Adrienne is a veteran real estate agent by trade, but she's committed to helping others rebuild a purposeful and purposeful life like hers.
